Pre-Order (Discount) Form

This order form is not available for Easter (March 22) special orders.

Welcome to the House of Bread pre-order form. Because pre-orders help us to bake the right amount of bread each day, you will receive a 25% discount from your entire pre-order. You will receive this discount only through this web page.

Please complete the entire top section of the form. We need your e-mail address to confirm receipt of your order. We need a phone number to call if there are any problems with your order.

You may order days or weeks ahead of time. At a minimum, it can be for tomorrow!

Please note - the only items available for a discount are on this form. When you come in to pick up your order, you may still buy additional items at the regular price.

Note also - you must order breads that are made on they day you pick it up. They are marked below as to which day they are made. Exceptions must be noted in "Special Instructions" at the bottom (for example, Squaw, made on Thursday, to be held for Saturday pickup - pre-order is for Thursday).
