Wayne and Anita Warren opened the House of
Bread, a unique micro-bakery featuring over
twenty-five premium breads, in September 2004. The bakery
is located in the Mill Creek Town Center at 15224 Main St.
Suite 105.
They chose House of Bread because
House of Bread operates on the old school
principle that a business is part of the community. The Mill
Creek bakery is the first House of Bread
in Washington; House of Bread is a franchise

In addition to featuring over twenty-five premium breads,
the bakery serves a tempting assortment of cinnamon rolls,
muffins, and scones... all made from scratch each and every
day. The bakery also offers a healthy sandwich and soup
selection daily. A selection of quality coffees featuring
freshly ground coffee beans is also available.
The bakery features a wheat mill visible in the customer
area where the flour is stone ground from wheat berries
(grain). Visit the House of Bread Monday
to Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm and Saturday 8:00am to 6:00pm
and treat yourself to the experience of watching bakers
engage in the age-old trade of kneading each loaf by hand
while you enjoy free samples of their work.
